★ Chocolate protein mug cake ☆
¤ Recipe ¤
◆ 1 egg white
◆ 4 tbsp oats
◆ 2 tbsp protein (I used chocolate casein)
◆ Half a banana
◆ 100ml water (or more if needed)
◆ 1tsp honey (optional)
◆ Smooth peanut butter
◆ Banana slices
Mix the egg white, protein powder, oats and water together. Slice 3/4 of the banana and honey and mix. Add more water if needed. Microwave for 1-1.5mins depending on your microwave. Once cooked, turn over onto plate and either add a layer of peanut butter in between layers, or add on top and top off with slices of the remaining banana.
You can also put a teaspoon of peanut butter in the middle of mixture for a nice little surprise before cooking!
Back in the sunny but cold Portsmouth. Lunching on a sweet chilli Basa fillet with baby leaf salad and cherey tomatoes in a honey mustard dressing. Delish!
Breakfast at my sisters house! Scottish oats with semi skimmed milk, honey and half a banana. No cinnamon :( A nice cup of organic green tea to wash it all down.
